皆様、いかがお過ごしでしょうか？？暑くなって来ましたがご飯は きちんと 食べていますか??
夏バテには まだ 早いですよ～！！
私は、薄着になってきたので ちょっと ダイエット？ひきしめ？をはじめようと トレーシーメソッドをはじめました。ご存知の方もいらっしゃるかと思いますが、このトレーシーさん、あの ２００１年ごろの筋肉むきむきマドンナをしなやかで 女性らしいスタイルに変えたトレーナーさんとして 超超 有名人なんです。
ま～あ、とにかく、う、美しい。
女性の体らしい筋肉美ってんですかね～？
あの、グゥィネス パルトロウも産後の体を引き締めるため トレーシーさんのもとへ訪れた、とか。
きついけど、ビリー隊長ほど スパルタでもないので 自分のペースでがんばれます。ぜひ、本屋さんへいってください＾＾
さてさて最近の代官山情報です。
オーナーの林田がARC+を出店する前 店長を勤めていた 美容院 RITZが リニューアルしました！
一度 お客さんとして髪を切りにいったこともあるので その変わりっぷりにびっくりしました！！
一言では言い表せませんが ラグジュアリーな美容室、？？
一応正装していきましたが 背中を丸めて歩けない空間です。
写真は VIP ROOM(？)の写真です。その部屋にはシャンプー台も 完備されていて まあ～～豪華、豪華
帰りには、RITZオリジナル メイクブラシまで頂いて ま～、どこまでお金がかかっているんでしょう!?という、すごさでした。
同じ 代官山で美容をしていて、とっても 刺激を受けた一日でした！
